Two bedrooms, two ensuites and the Coral Sea off the balcony

Whitsunday Reflections' 2 bedroom apartments are luxury self-contained apartments in Airlie Beach for two couples or a family of four: two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and a private covered balcony. That's 116 sqm of open-plan living, a dining table for six and a 44 sqm balcony. In the Ocean View and Premium Ocean View apartments the balcony looks 180 degrees across Pioneer Bay and the Coral Sea to the Whitsunday Islands, and you can see the ocean from the king bed. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom is set up as a king or two singles, so it works for a second couple or for the kids. Nobody queues for the bathroom.

The living area and the main bedroom both open onto the balcony through full-width sliding doors, and the main bedroom's ensuite has a freestanding bath and twin basins. There's a full kitchen with stone benches, Bosch appliances and a dishwasher for the nights you'd rather cook, your own washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, block-out curtains in the bedrooms, a Smart TV in the lounge and a TV in the main bedroom, and fast free WiFi. Airlie Beach Lagoon and Coral Sea Marina are a ten minute walk down the hill, with the Port of Airlie and the Whitehaven Beach boats just beyond. Book direct and you pay just $200 now, nothing more until a week before you arrive, and it's always less than the big booking sites for the same apartment.

Garden View, Ocean View or Premium Ocean View

Same layout, same two bedrooms and two ensuites, same full kitchen in all three. Garden View looks over the hillside gardens and is the lowest rate. There are a number of stairs to reach the Garden View apartments. Ocean View looks 180 degrees over Pioneer Bay to the Coral Sea, from the balcony and from the main bed. Premium Ocean View has the same ocean outlook with updated furniture and fittings throughout the apartment. Pick the view, then decide whether the newer fit-out is worth the extra for your stay.

An ensuite for every bedroom at Whitsunday Reflections

Every bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at Whitsunday Reflections has its own ensuite, so two couples or parents and kids each get their own bathroom. The main ensuite is open-plan, with a freestanding bath, twin basins and a screenless walk-in shower. Two bedrooms and two private bathrooms is what makes this a luxury apartment for four rather than a big apartment with one bathroom to share.

All questions
How much is a 2 bedroom apartment?
A 2 bedroom Ocean View apartment at Whitsunday Reflections is $450 a night for three nights, $440 a night for four and $430 a night from five nights, low season. Garden View is from $390 a night, based on a 5 night stay. Rates move through the year, so the booking engine has the exact price for your dates, including Premium Ocean View. Book direct and it's always less than the big booking sites, and you only pay $200 now to lock it in. The balance isn't due until 7 days before you arrive.
What's the difference between Garden, Ocean and Premium Ocean View?
All three are the same 2 bedroom layout with the same two bedrooms, two ensuites and full kitchen. Garden View looks over the hillside gardens and is reached by a number of stairs. Ocean View looks over Pioneer Bay to the Coral Sea. Premium Ocean View has the same ocean view with updated furniture and fittings throughout, which is what the higher rate covers.
Is there parking?
Yes, one car space is included with every 2 bedroom apartment at Whitsunday Reflections. If you're bringing two cars, ask when you book.
Is the apartment serviced?
It's self-contained, so there's no daily housekeeping. Stay 8 nights or more and we'll service your apartment during your stay.
Are there stairs to the apartment?
No apartment at Whitsunday Reflections has internal stairs, but there are a number of stairs to reach the Garden View apartments. Some apartments are step-free from the car park; see Getting Here for which units and how steep the driveway is.
What if I'm arriving outside office hours?
The Whitsunday Reflections office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am to midday, closed public holidays. Tell Whitsunday Reflections you'll be a late check-in and they'll send the details you need to get into your apartment before you arrive. Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 10am.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before arrival and Whitsunday Reflections refunds the deposit minus a $100 administration fee. Inside 7 days there's no refund, and stays shortened once you're in-house aren't refunded either. Christmas bookings (11 December to 26 January) are paid in full 30 days before arrival, with the same cancellation terms.
Is there an airport shuttle?
Whitsunday Reflections doesn't run its own shuttle, but can book one for you with Heart of Reef Shuttles from Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine. Ask when you book so it's arranged ahead of time. Island ferries leave from the Port of Airlie and Shute Harbour, both a short taxi ride from the apartment.
